HSA is a Health Savings Account and is a tax-free savings. FSA is a Flexible Savings Account that is an employee matched savings. You can pay for personal training through your FSA or HSA and/or deduct the cost of your training as a medical expense if it is deemed medically necessary by your physician. Some conditions that may warrant a medically necessary exercise prescription include:
